The core method of this project was to use face-to-face interactions with consumers, where they’re testing conceptual product designs. To make these design modifications quickly, projects are often completed start to finish in two weeks or less. As our partnership grew in number of projects, it became essential to work efficiently to meet project deadlines and ensure the respondent database did not become oversaturated.
To deliver fresh, high quality respondents, LRI developed a plan to track respondent participation and demographic expansion specifically for this partner. By digging deep into our database, we targeted ideal respondents for this category, and gathered referrals to constantly refresh the respondent pool.
Our familiarity with this type of research, and our relationship with the client enabled our project team to have a deep understanding of client expectations and become a true extension of their research team.
